The invention concerns a method which consists in producing powders with low hygroscopicity by vacuum drying of an aqueous solution, then by grinding, thereby obtaining a compound consisting of crystalline grains, whereof the moisture content is determined and stable. The invention is in particular applicable to organometallic complexes of glycine with a metal, wherein the glycine is bound to the metal by at least an oxygen of its carbonyl group.
Selon l'invention, on réalise des poudres à faible hygroscopicité par séchage sous vide d'une solution aqueuse, puis par broyage. On obtient un composé formé de grains cristallins, dont le taux d'humidité est défini et stable. L'invention s'applique notamment à des complexes organométalliques de la glycine avec un métal, dans lesquels la glycine est liée au métal par au moins un oxygène de son groupe carbonyle.
