A powdered tea concentrate, method for foaming the concentrate dispersed in water and a delivery system are provided to obtain a resultant foamed tea product. The powdered tea concentrate includes tea solids, sweetening agent and creaming agent. Delivery of foamed tea beverage is through a dispenser that includes a housing, a hopper for the powdered tea concentrate, a water inlet into the housing, a mixing chamber with an aerator mechanism and conduits for delivering the concentrate and water from respective hopper and inlet into the mixing chamber.
La présente invention a pour objet un concentré de thé en poudre, une méthode pour faire mousser le concentré en dispersion dans l'eau, et un système de distribution d'une boisson moussante à base de thé. Le concentré de thé en poudre contient des solides du thé, un agent édulcorant et un agent de crémage. La distribution de la boisson moussante à base de thé est effectuée au moyen d'un distributeur comportant un corps, une trémie pour le chargement du concentré de thé en poudre, une arrivée d'eau à l'intérieur du corps de l'appareil, une chambre de mélange pourvue d'un mécanisme d'aération, et des conduits pour acheminer le concentré en poudre ainsi que l'eau depuis la trémie de chargement et l'arrivée d'eau, respectivement, vers la chambre de mélange.
