The invention relates to powders that contain at least one pharmaceutically active ingredient and an adjuvant mixture containing at least one 1,4 O-linked saccharose derivative selected from the compounds: 1,4 O-linked D-Gal saccharose (lactosucrose), 1,4 O-linked D-Glu saccharose (glucosyl sucrose), or 1,4 O-linked Glu-Glu saccharose (maltosyl sucrose) combined with at least one additional adjuvant. This additional adjuvant may preferably be an amino acid, a peptide and/or a mono-, di- and/or oligosaccharide, whereby the oligosaccharide may also be a second 1,4 O-linked saccharose derivative, provided it is different from the first saccharose derivative.

L'invention concerne des poudres contenant un agent pharmaceutique et un mélange d'auxiliaires comportant au moins un dérivé de saccharose à liaison O en 1,4, sélectionné parmi les composés suivants: saccharose D-Gal à liaison O en 1,4 (lactosucrose), saccharose D-Glu à liaison O en 1,4 (glucosyle sucrose), saccharose Glu-Glu à liaison O en 1,4 (maltosyle sucrose), en combinaison avec au moins un autre auxiliaire. Cet autre auxiliaire est de préférence un acide aminé, un peptide et/ou un monosaccharide, un disaccharide et/ou un oligosaccharide, cet oligosaccharide pouvant également être un deuxième dérivé de saccharose à liaison O en 1,4, dans la mesure où il est différent du premier.
