It is intended to provide a process for producing a powdery drink characterized by comprising electrolyzing a liquid food and/or conducting electricity through it and then drying and powdering the thus obtained liquid optionally followed by granulation. As the liquid food, use may be made of coffee extracts, coffee concentrates, milk, pre-treated milk and so on. Instant coffees and powdery milks obtained by the process can be stored over a prolonged period of time while preventing the flavor and qualities from deterioration without resort to any additives.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une boisson en poudre caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à électrolyser un aliment liquide et/ou à faire passer de l'électricité à travers celui-ci, puis à sécher et à réduire en poudre le liquide ainsi obtenu et, éventuellement, à le soumettre à une granulation, l'aliment liquide pouvant être: des extraits de café, des concentrés de café, du lait, du lait pré-traité, etc. Des cafés instantanés et des laits en poudre obtenus au moyen du procédé peuvent être stockés pendant une durée prolongée sans détérioration du goût et des qualités de ceux-ci et sans ajout d'additif quelconque.
