With respect to this powdery respiratory tonic composition, the ratio of arrival of steroid antiinflammatory agent at the alveoli, bronchioli, bronchi and trachea being target sites of inhalation through the nasal cavity or buccal cavity is so high that the excellent therapeutic effects of steroid antiinflammatory agent can be exerted.
