ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A primary or secondary distribution power cable of con- centric neutral construction is disclosed. Such power cable con- sists of at least one inner conductor surrounded by and insulated from outer concentric neutral wires. The concentric wires are applied helically over the layer of insulation or insulation shiel- ding material and each of them covered with a deformation resis- tant thermoplastic semi-conducting shield.
