In a power supply unit, AC energy is converted to DC energy and stored into a first capacitor to which a first winding of a transformer is connected. An anti-parallel circuit of a first transistor and a diode is connected between the first capacitor and the first winding. An anti-parallel circuit of a second transistor and a diode is connected between a second winding of the transformer and a second, battery-charging capacitor. A current is induced in a third winding of the transformer for charging a third capacitor when a current is produced in the first winding in a particular direction or when energy stored in the second winding is released into the third winding. The first and second transistors are alternately switched on so that energy is transferred from the first capacitor to the second and third capacitors when the AC energy is normal and energy is transferred from the battery to the third capacitor when the AC energy fails.
Cette invention concerne une source d'alimentation électrique dans laquelle le courant alternatif est transformé en courant continu et l'énergie électrique accumulée dans un premier condensateur auquel est relié un premier enroulement d'un transformateur. Un circuit anti-parallèle d'un premier transistor et une diode sont montés entre le premier condensateur et ledit premier enroulement du transformateur. Un circuit anti-parallèle d'un deuxième transistor et une diode sont montés entre un deuxième enroulement du transformateur et un deuxième condensateur, chargeur de batterie. Un courant est induit dans un troisième enroulement du transformateur pour charger un troisième condensateur lorsqu'un courant de sens approprié passe dans le premier enroulement ou lorsque l'énergie accumulée dans le deuxième enroulement est transmise au troisième enroulement. Les premier et deuxième transistors sont mis en circuit en alternance de sorte que l'énergie est transférée du premier condensateur au deuxième et au troisième condensateurs lorsque le courant alternatif est normal, et de la batterie au troisième condensateur lorsque le courant alternatif est défaillant.
