A power fluctuation suppressing method wherein by-product gas produced in a plant is used as a fuel for a high-efficiency combined cycle power generation facility so as to generate power, the calorific value is increased while using, as predetermined target values, the total amount of heat per unit time and the calorific value per unit amount of gas of the generation fuel prepared by adding a material having a calorific value higher than that of the by- product gas to the by-product gas, the calorific value and composition of the generation fuel prepared by adding a material having a calorific value lower than that of the by-product gas are controlled, thereby adjusting the total amount of heat and the calorific value within predetermined ranges; another power fluctuation suppressing method wherein by-product gas produced in a plant is used as a fuel for a high-efficiency combined cycle power generation facility so to generate power and the generated fluctuating power is controlled by alternately using at least two power storages while switching between charging and discharging; and power generation facilities using the methods are disclosed. The short-term fluctuation of the power caused by the operation of the plant can be suppressed, and the long-term fluctuation can be also suppressed. The fluctuation-suppressed surplus power can be supplied to the outside of the plant as stable power by matching the power supply pattern with the power demand pattern.
Cette invention concerne un procédé d'élimination des fluctuations d'énergie selon lequel un gaz résiduaire produit dans une centrale est utilisé comme combustible dans une installation de production d'énergie à cycles combinés à haut rendement pour produire de l'énergie, ce qui accroît la valeur calorifique. On utilise, comme valeurs cibles prédéterminées, la quantité totale de chaleur par unité de temps et la valeur calorifique par unité de quantité de gaz du combustible de production obtenu selon un procédé consistant à ajouter au gaz résiduaire un matériau dont la valeur calorifique est supérieure à celle du gaz résiduaire. La valeur calorifique et la composition du combustible de production obtenu selon un procédé consistant à ajouter un matériau dont la valeur calorifique est inférieure à celle du gaz résiduaire sont ajustées, ce qui régule la quantité totale de chaleur et la valeur calorifique dans des plages prédéterminées. Cette invention concerne également un autre procédé d'élimination des fluctuations d'énergie selon lequel le gaz résiduaire produit dans une centrale est utilisé comme combustible dans une installation de production d'énergie à cycles combinés à haut rendement pour produire de l'énergie. L'énergie variable générée est régulée selon un procédé consistant à utiliser tour à tour au moins deux unités de stockage d'énergie tout en passant d'un mode charge à un mode décharge. Cette invention concerne en outre des installations de production d'énergie utilisant ces procédés. On peut éliminer la fluctuation à court terme de l'énergie provoquée par le fonctionnement de la centrale, de même que la fluctuation à long terme. On peut utiliser l'excédent d'énergie dépourvu de fluctuation pour alimenter une unité à l'extérieur de la centrale en énergie stable en adaptant l'offre d'énergie à la demande d'énergie.
