It is an object of the present invention to effectively use regenerated power generated in a train without uselessly consuming the regenerated power. In a power supply control system that controls supplied power to a train using a remote control apparatus 23 provided on a substation 2 side and a train-information managing apparatus 114 provided in a train 1, the train-information managing apparatus 114 transmits present train location information indicating a location where the train 1 is traveling and information concerning consumed/regenerated electric power amount calculated by using a wire voltage value/a main circuit current value to the remote control apparatus 23. The remote control apparatus 23 extracts, out of the input consumed/regenerated electric power amount information, based on the present train location information attached to the consumed/regenerated electric power amount information, consumed/regenerated electric power amount information concerning a train traveling in a power section as a control target, calculates a total value of the consumed/regenerated electric power amount information, and controls, based on the calculated total value of the consumed/regenerated electric power amount information, electric power amount supplied to the power section as the control target.
L'invention porte sur un système de commande d'alimentation permettant dutiliser de manière efficace une énergie électrique récupérée dans un train sans gaspillage de l'énergie électrique. Le système de commande d'alimentation commande l'énergie électrique devant être délivrée au train à l'aide d'un dispositif de commande à distance (23) situé au niveau d'une sous-station (2) et d'un dispositif de gestion d'informations relatives au train (114) situé sur un train (1). Le dispositif de gestion d'informations relatives au train (114) transmet les informations de la position présente du train, où le train (1) circule, et les informations relatives à la quantité d'énergie consommée/récupérée, laquelle est calculée à l'aide d'une valeur de tension de wagon/valeur de courant de circuit principal, au dispositif de commande à distance (23). En fonction des informations relatives à la position présente du train attachées aux informations relatives à la quantité d'énergie consommée/récupérée, le dispositif de commande à distance (23) extrait les informations relatives à la quantité d'énergie consommée/récupérée concernant le train qui circule dans une section d'énergie électrique devant être commandée, à partir des informations relatives à la quantité d'énergie consommée/récupérée reçues, de façon à calculer ainsi la somme des informations relatives à la quantité d'énergie consommée/récupérée, et commande la quantité d'énergie électrique devant être délivrée à la section d'énergie électrique devant être commandée, en fonction de la somme calculée des informations relatives à l'énergie consommée/récupérée.
