The invention relates to a power supply unit (5) for a measuring apparatus (1) for determining and/or monitoring a physical or chemical process variable of a medium. According to the invention, at least one voltage limiting unit (10) and/or at least one current limiting unit (15) is provided in the power supply unit (5), wherein the voltage limiting unit (10) is configured in such a way that the voltages produced remain under a given value that leads to an explosion in an explosion-endangered area and wherein the current limiting unit (15) is configured in such a way that the currents produced and/or the heatings linked thereto remain under a given value that leads to an explosion in an explosion-endangered area.
La présente invention concerne une unité d'alimentation en énergie (5) pour un appareil de mesure (1) conçu pour déterminer et/ou contrôler une grandeur de processus physique ou chimique d'un milieu. Selon cette invention, ladite unité d'alimentation en énergie (5) comprend au moins une unité de limitation de tension (10) et/ou au moins une unité de limitation de courant (15). L'unité de limitation de tension (10) est conçue de façon que les tensions en jeu restent inférieures à une valeur qui, dans une zone exposée aux explosions, entraîne une explosion. L'unité de limitation de courant (15) est conçue de façon que des courants en jeu et/ou des réchauffements associés à ceux-ci restent inférieurs à une valeur qui, dans une zone exposée aux explosions, entraîne une explosion.
