The positive potential side output of a voltage source (1) is connected to the positive potential side of a first circuit (10) through a terminal (6), and the ground (negative potential) side output of the source (1) is connected to the ground (negative potential) side of a second circuit (10) through a terminal (8). In addition, the positive potential side output of the source (1) is connected to the positive potential side of a second circuit (11) through a terminal (7) after the output is lowerd by a prescribed voltage V by means of a Schottky barrier diode (2) and the ground (negative potential) side output of the source (1) is connected to the ground (negative potential) side of the circuit (11) through a terminal (9) after the output is raised by the prescribed voltage V by means of a Schottky barrier diode (4). Thus, a power supply voltagesupplying circuit which prevents the occurrence of latch-up while the current consumption and the occurrence of electromagnetic interference (EMI) are suppressed to low levels is provided.

La sortie de potentiel positif d'une source de tension (1) est connectée au côté de potentiel positif d'un premier circuit (10) par une borne (6) tandis que la sortie de terre (potentiel négatif) de ladite source (1) l'est à la terre (potentiel négatif) dudit circuit (10) par une borne (8). De plus, la sortie de potentiel positif de la source (1) est connectée au côté de potentiel positif d'un second circuit (11) par une borne (7) après que la sortie ait été abaissée d'une tension prescrite V à l'aide d'une diode d'arrêt Schottky (2) tandis que la sortie de terre (potentiel négatif) de ladite source (1) l'est à la terre (potential négatif) dudit circuit (11) par une borne (9) après que la sortie ait été élevée d'une tension prescrite V à l'aide d'une diode d'arrêt Schottky (4). On obtient ainsi un circuit fournisseur de tension d'alimentation empêchant les verrouillages à l'état passant et présentant une consommation et des interférences électromagnétiques réduites à des niveaux faibles.
