Abstract of the Disclosure A power transmitting apparatus for a tractor is provided, which includes a travel drive line and a PTO drive line. The travel drive line is operatively connected to an engine through a running-travel clutch whereas the PTO drive line is directly connected to the engine and includes thereon a PTO clutch. Thus the two drive lines are independent of each other in respect of power transmission and clutching operation.
