ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed are novel pradimicin compounds which possess antifungal activity and, preferably, improved water solubility. The compounds of the invention are prepared by modifying the 4'-amino or 4'-alkylamino moieties of known pradimicin compounds.
