PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne un procédé de pré-condition- nement des composants d'un mélange pour la décoloration des cheveux, comportant de l'eau oxygénée, et des poudres de persels, d'agents alcalins, de charges minérales et de silice colloïdale. Avant fourniture à l'utilisateur, on procède à l'inclusion de la silice colloïdale dans la phase liquide de l'eau oxygénée par apports successifs avec agitation. On mélange les autres poudres en mélange homogène. L'eau oxygénée chargée de silice d'une part, et le mélange des poudres d'autre part, sont fournis sépa- rément à l'utilisateur, en vue du mélange final de ces deux composants juste avant l'emploi.
