PRE-FABRICATED PANEL ABSTRACT A shake panel having a row or course of shakes attached to a backing sheet. A first longitudinal bar is attached to a first groove in the row of shakes, the groove being aligned longitudinally along the row. A second longitudinal baris attached to a second groove in the opposite face of the row of shakes, the second groove being aligned longitudinally along the row. The backing sheet extends to cover one of said longitudinal bars to form a gasket seal between thebars when one panel overlies another panel so that a bar of one panel is positioned over a bar of another panel with the backing sheet of one panel between the bars.
