The invention relates to a pharmaceutical pre-formulation in the form of a solid, free-flowing dry extract of natural mixtures of conjugated equine estrogens. Suitable pre-formulations of said natural mixtures of conjugated equine estrogens are used for solid galenic forms e.g. tabletting. The conjugated estrogens are provided for further galenic processing in a form which ensures chemical stability of the hormones and which enables them to be processed advantageously into solid galenic forms, e.g. a tablet. The invention also relates to a method for the production of said pre-formulations in the form of a dry extract.
Préformulation pharmaceutique sous forme d'un extrait sec solide et coulant de mélanges naturels d'oestrogènes équins conjugués. Des préformulations adaptées de ces mélanges naturels d'oestrogènes équins conjugués sont préparées en vue d'obtenir des formes galéniques solides, par exemple en vue de la mise en comprimés. Pour le traitement galénique ultérieur, les oestrogènes conjugués se trouvent sous une forme qui garantit la stabilité chimique de l'hormone et permet le traitement avantageux en vue d'obtenir des formes galéniques solides, par exemple des comprimés. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de ces préformulations sous forme d'extrait sec.
