Custom designs with Pre-fabricated, Pre-loaded, standardized wall sections assembled in conjunction with custom manufactured distribution channels is disclosed. There is a number of pre-fabricated wall systems available in the construction industry, however most of these systems are made from wood and require a great deal of highly skilled labour during the assembly of these buildings. The present invention utilizes structural steel studs in standardized wall sections, thus eliminating the use of wood in most types of construction. The pre- loaded wall sections range in even feet from 2 feet to 14 feet in length and 8-12 feet in height. These standardized wall sections with custom designs will allow construction ranging from single family dwellings up to multi level apartment buildings utilizing the same wall sections in all applications. The channels are a multi- purpose, custom manufactured steel "C channel" and "L channel" which will accommodate most conventional steel floor or roof joists, also used for tying the wall sections together, as well as a form for the placement of concrete on each floor. Accordingly, there exists a requirement for an all steel, structural housing frame, that can be shipped as a kit and easily assembled on a foundation with a minimum of skilled labour.
