Disclosed herein is a weldable pre-sealed steel sheet with improved corrosion resistance and weldability. The pre-sealed steel sheet comprises (a) a metal base, (b) a chromium-free pre-treatment coating layer formed on at least one surface of the metal base, and (c) a pre-sealed resin coating layer formed on at least one surface of the chromium- free pretreatment coating layer. Since the weldable pre-sealed steel sheet does not contains heavy metals (e.g., chromium) harmful to humans, it is environmentally friendly. In addition, the weldable pre-sealed steel sheet exhibits superior corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, processability, electrodeposition paintability and adhesiveness after processing, as well as improved weldability.
L'invention concerne une feuille d'acier pré-scellée soudable présentant une résistance à la corrosion et une soudabilité améliorées. La feuille d'acier pré-scellée comprend : (a) une base métallique, (b) une couche de revêtement de pré-traitement exempte de chrome formée sur au moins une surface de la base métallique et (c) une couche de revêtement en résine pré-scellée formée sur au moins une surface de la couche de revêtement de pré-traitement exempte de chrome. Du fait que la feuille d'acier pré-scellée soudable ne renferme pas de métaux lourds (par exemple, du chrome) nocifs pour l'être humain, ladite feuille respecte l'environnement. De plus, la feuille d'acier pré-scellée soudable présente une résistance à la corrosion, une résistance chimique, une aptitude au traitement, une électrodéposition, une peignabilité et une adhésivité supérieures après le traitement, ainsi qu'une soudabilité améliorée.
