ABSTRACT A prefab panel for buildings comprises a metal structure (1), on which two external coats (3) are connected. Said coats may be made of gybson boards or similar material. Inside said plates (3), insulating material, for instance glass wool or similar material is inserted, into which lodging pipes (14) are buried. Inside said pipes (14) electrical cables (16), cold water (17) and hot water (18) as well as a central offtake and connection station (23) can be arranged usually after erecting panels, but, in case, also before erecting them.
