am proposing a new type of PREFABRICATED FOUNDATION with walls and footings of prestressed concrete that are built in sections to be assembled at the site. These sections are factory-cast in precision moulds using the requisite high-quality concrete, the quantity of reinforcing steel calculated to be necessary and steel connectors for the reinforcing steel, with the requisite openings for specific bolts to assemble the sections, notches for steel cables for the upper and lower parts, and special notches for gaskets. It should be noted that the steel cables included in the foundation's upper and lower sections, when assembled, have two functions; the first is to maintain constant pressure on the sections to keep them in place and aligned; the second, ¢? French text unintelligible! the same diameter as the width of the longitudinal groove on the upper section. Thus, the bolts (I) shown on the drawings exert pressure on the wall sections to keep them aligned with the base sections.
Je présente un nouveau conçept de FONDATION PREFABRIQUEE, murs et bases(footing ) en béton précontraint fabriquer en sections, pour être assembler sur plaçe de destination. Ces sections sont couler en usine dans des moules de préçisions,où est incorporer le béton de qualité requis, l'açier d'armatures calculer et requis,aussi les ferrures d'açier pour assemblage reliées à l'açier d'armature, les ouvertures requis pour laisser passer les boulons spéçifiques pour l'assemblage des sections, les encoches pour laisser passer les câbles d'acier du haut et du bas, les encoches spéçifiques pour les joints d'étanchéité. A remarquer; les câbles d'açier incorporer à l'ensemble dans le bas et le haut des sections lorsque assembler, ont deux fonctions; la première,servent à tenir une pression permanante sur les sections pour les retenir et renforcer leur alignement; deuxième,qui fait état d'alignement du fait de même diamètre que la largeur de l'encoche longitudinal sur le haut des sections. Aussi les boulons (I) indiqués sur les dessins, servent à retenir par pression les sections de mur avec les sections de base.
