ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A glazing system for easy on site installation covering a wide range of window perimeter sizes and materials featuring an elastomeric lock strip gasket. The gasket has a glass receiving channel facing the interior perimeter of the window and sealing wings facing the exterior perimeter of the windows. When the gasket and window are installed, the window is sealed from both sides, thereby eliminating installation, sound, thermal and maintenance problems of conventional windows.
