The present invention relates to a prefabricated heat-insulation panel with two hot water flow paths. The prefabricated heat-insulation panel comprises a panel; primary and secondary hot water supply pipes which are installed separately inside the panel to provide at least two hot water flow paths; and primary and secondary connection parts which are provided in the panel and connected to a boiler or primary and secondary hot water supply pipes installed in another panel to allow hot water to circulate in the primary and secondary hot water supply pipes. Therefore, the present invention improves heating efficiency because the two hot water pipes which provide different hot water flow paths in the panel are both used for heating, simplifies formation of a double structure of hot water supply pipes with superior resistance to heat and corrosion and arranges the hot water supply pipes free in interval and shape because a polybutene layer with rosin as an activator is formed on the inner surface of the hot water supply pipe made of thermoplastic elastomer, and reduces the diameter and the length of the hot water supply pipes installed in the panel to reduce the panel thickness and minimizes the boiler load.
Cette invention concerne un panneau thermo-isolant préfabriqué à double chemin d'écoulement d'eau chaude. Ledit panneau comprend : un panneau; des canalisations d'amenée d'eau chaude primaire et secondaire montées séparément à l'intérieur du panneau et formant au moins deux chemins d'écoulement d'eau chaude; et des pièces de raccordement primaires et secondaires disposées dans le panneau et reliées à une chaudière ou à des canalisations primaire et secondaire d'amenée d'eau chaude logées dans un autre panneau, ce qui permet à l'eau chaude de circuler dans les canalisations d'amenée d'eau chaude primaires et secondaires. Ainsi, la présente invention permet : d'améliorer l'efficacité du chauffage car les deux canalisations, qui forment des chemins d'écoulement de l'eau chaude différents dans le panneau sont toutes deux utilisées pour le chauffage; de simplifier la réalisation d'une double structure pour lesdites canalisations avec une résistance supérieure à la chaleur et à la corrosion; de laisser toute latitude pour l'agencement et l'espacement de ces canalisation du fait qu'une couche de polybutène avec colophane en tant qu'activateur est formée sur la surface intérieure de la canalisation d'amenée d'eau chaude en élastomère thermoplastique; et de réduire le diamètre et la longueur des canalisations d'amenée d'eau chaude montées dans le panneau, ce qui diminue l'épaisseur du panneau et la charge de la chaudière.
