La présente invention a pour objet une membrane d'étanchéité préfabriquée formée d'un support, enduit sur au moins une face, et préférentiellement imprégnée(s) à c~ur, d'une composition à base de bitume modifié, caractérisé en ce que la composition bitumineuse thermoplastique d'enduction et/ou d'imprégnation est un liant bitumineux modifié par un polyuréthanne thermoplastique présentant la formulation pondérale suivante: - 40 à 90 % de bitume, - 10 à 50 % de polyuréthanne thermoplastique, - 0 à 10 % d'huile aromatique, - 0 à 50 % de charges, - 0 à 0,5 % de catalyseur.
