A prefabricated panel for building construction comprising a core (2) made of an insulating material covered on both of its surfaces by a uniform concrete layer (3A,3B) and wherein casings (4) are arranged in the vicinity of one surface of the plate for poles (5) jutting out on one end within sight of where they are embedded in the ground, and also wherein casings (7) are arranged on the opposite surface of the plate for reinforcing elements (8) extending between two parallel edges of the panel (1) and jutting out beyond these edges to make up a belt element, thus assembling said panel (1) with adjacent panels (21, 22). Used to construct the exterior walls of a light-structure building.
Panneau (1) préfabriqué pour construction de bâtiment comprenant une âme (2) en matériau isolant recouverte sur ses deux faces d'une couche (3A,3B) de béton uniforme et dans laquelle sont ménagés au voisinage d'une face de la plaque des logements (4) pour des montants (5) faisant saillie à une extrémité en vue de leur scellement au sol, et sur la face opposée de la plaque des logements (7) pour des éléments de renfort (8) s'étendant entre deux bords parallèles du panneau (1) et faisant saillie au-delà de ces bords en constituant un élément de ceinture, à l'état assemblé dudit panneau (1) avec des panneaux adjacents (21 , 22). Utilisation pour la construction de murs extérieurs de bâtiment à structure très légère.
