For establishing a more modern and environmental, inexpensive building, there is disclosed a prefabricated, self-supporting construction element (6) intended chiefly for apartment buildings, where a number of construction elements (6) are placed at the side of one another and on top of one another, and comprising at least two substantially parallel-extending walls (26), where the external side surface (14) is profiled with protruding ribs (16) which, in combination with corresponding external side surfaces (14) of corresponding construction elements (6) along the external side surfaces (14), form a plurality of channels (60) respectively intended for in-situ casting with a (flowing), hardening material (concrete) for the formation of a supporting construction in the form of columns (94) and beams for supporting a plurality of construction elements (6) placed on top of one another, and for the leading of supply pipes and cables to the building, which is characteristic in that the external side surfaces (14) comprise insulating material (18) which, when placed together with corresponding side surfaces, form a stable element which constitutes a permanent insulating cladding (16, 18) for the supporting structure moulded in-situ later.
Afin de permettre la construction dun immeuble moderne, écologique et économique, linvention concerne un élément de construction autoportant préfabriqué (6) destiné principalement pour des immeubles dappartements, selon lequel une pluralité déléments de construction (6) sont juxtaposés et superposés, et comportant au moins deux parois dextension sensiblement parallèles (26), où la surface latérale extérieure (14) est profilée avec des nervures en saillie (16) qui, en combinaison avec les surfaces latérales extérieures correspondantes (14) déléments de construction correspondants (6) le long des surface extérieures latérales (14), forment une pluralité de canaux (60) destinés respectivement pour la coulée in situ avec un matériau fluide (du béton) durcissant pour la formation dune construction de support sous forme de colonnes (94) et de poutres pour assurer le support dune pluralité déléments de construction (6) superposés, et pour mener des conduits dalimentation et des câbles vers limmeuble. Linvention se caractérise en ce que les surfaces latérales extérieures (14) comportent une matériau isolant (18) qui, lorsquil est placé conjointement avec les surfaces latérales extérieures correspondantes, forme un élément stable qui constitue une gaine disolation permanente (16, 18) pour la structure de support moulée in situ ultérieurement.
