A syringe (10) comprising a glass container (11) having a closed bottom end and containing a liquid drug (12). The container is sealed by an axially slidable plug/plunger/valve assembly (17) provided with a slot (19) defined by two mutually engaged sealing lips and coupled to a rod (22) centred within a body (13) coupled to the container (11). The rod comprises an axial channel (23) with one end cut off along a plane perpendicular to its axis to enable a needle (15) to be operably connected to the contents (12) of the container (11) by parting the lips of the slot (19). Said rod is further provided with an assembly for coupling same to said plug (17) when the container has been driven into the body (13).

La seringue (10) comporte un réservoir (11) en verre, ayant un fond fermé et contenant une substance médicamenteuse liquide (12). Ce réservoir est obturé par un obturateur-piston-vanne (17) coulissant axialement, pourvu d'une fente (19) définie par deux lèvres en appui étanche l'une contre l'autre et couplé à une tige (22) centrée dans un corps (13) couplé au réservoir (11). Cette tige comporte un conduit axial (23) pourvu d'une extrémité coupée selon un plan perpendiculaire à son axe qui permet de mettre en communication, au moment de l'utilisation, une aiguille (15) avec le contenu (12) du réservoir (11) par écartement des lèvres de la fente (19). Ladite tige est aussi pourvue de moyens pour s'accoupler avec l'obturateur (17) lorsque le réservoir est enfoncé dans le corps (13).
