Proposed is a prefilled syringe for medical purposes, with a syringe barrel (3) with disposed therein a syringe plunger (9) displaceable by means of a plunger rod (11), with an end plug (15) closing off the cannula side of the syringe barrel (3), said plug being provided with a through-channel (17) closed off by a membrane (19), with a finger support (13) disposed at the end of the syringe barrel (3) opposite the end plug (15) and provided with a through-opening (49) for the plunger rod (11), and with a thread system (25) that cooperates with the plunger rod (11) and the finger support (13). The syringe (1) is characterized in that the thread system (25) comprises a thread sleeve (27) detachably connected with the finger support (13), said thread sleeve being provided with an inner thread (59) that cooperates with an outer thread (29) on the plunger rod (11).

L'invention concerne une seringue préremplie, destinée à un usage médical. Ladite seringue comprend un corps de pompe (3), un piston (9) disposé dedans et pouvant coulisser au moyen d'une tige de piston (11), un obturateur (15) fermant l'extrémité côté aiguille du corps de pompe (3) et présentant un canal de passage (17) pouvant être fermé par une membrane (19), un anneau de retenue (13) qui est disposé à l'extrémité du corps de pompe opposée à l'obturateur (15) et présente un dispositif fileté (25) qui coopère avec la tige du piston (11) et l'anneau de retenue (13). Ladite seringue (1) se caractérise en ce que le dispositif fileté (25) comprend une douille filetée (27) solidarisée de manière amovible avec l'anneau de retenue (13), qui présente un filet intérieur (59) qui coopère avec le filet extérieur (29) sur la tige du piston (11).
