ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Substantially rectangular panel lengths are preformed from metal or synthetic plastic sheet and include a plurality of troughs in spaced and parallel relationship with shaped side edge portions, one on each side of the panel. The side edge on one side includes a vertical portion, a horizontal portion extending outwardly therefrom at the upper side of the vertical portion and an angulated downturned lip or flange on the outer side of the horizontal portion. The other side edge includes a short vertical portion, an inwardly and upwardly extending portion extending from the upper edge of the vertical portion, a horizontal outer portion extending from the upper edge of the inwardly and upwardly extending portion, and a downturned vertical portion extending from the outer edge of the horizontal portion. The first edge of one panel engages over the second edge of the adjacent panel with the vertical portions in contact with one another. The panels are secured together through the vertical portions by blind rivets or other fastening means so that the horizontal portion and the downwardly and outwardly extending lip or flange of the first side edge overlies and shields the junction between adjacent panels without the necessity of sealing material. The panels nest one above the other in stacked relationship for storage and transportation purposes prior to assembly.
