A method for the production of mirrors (4) comprising a preliminary controlled pre-deformation treatment of an optical system (1) consisting of the following phases of: calculation of the deformation of the optical system (1) due to a selected reflecting treatment (2); design of a deforming layer (3) such as to produce on the optical system (1) a deformation opposite to the one caused by the selected reflecting treatment (2); and deposition on the optical system (1) of a deforming layer (3), on which the selected reflecting treatment (2) will subsequently be deposited.
L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production de miroirs (4) comprenant un traitement de prédéformation contrôlée préliminaire d'un système optique (1) consistant en les opérations suivantes : calcul de la déformation du système optique (1) en raison d'un traitement de réflexion sélectionné (2) ; conception d'une couche de déformation (3) de façon à produire sur le système optique (1) une déformation opposée à celle provoquée par le traitement de réflexion sélectionné (2) ; et dépôt sur le système optique (1) d'une couche de déformation (3), sur laquelle le traitement de réflexion sélectionné (2) sera ultérieurement déposé.
