Sulfated oligosaccharides, wherein the oligosaccharide has the general formula (I): R1-(R x)n-R2, wherein R1 and R2 and each R x represents a monosaccharide unit, all of which may be the same or different, adjacent monosaccharide units being linked by 1.fwdarw.2, 1.fwdarw.3, 1.fwdarw.4 and/or 1.fwdarw.6 glycosidic bonds and n is an integer of from I to 6, and use thereof as anti-angiogenic, anti-metastatic and/or anti-inflammatory agents.
Oligosaccharides sulfatés dans lesquels l'oligosaccharide a la formule générale (I) suivante: R1-(Rx)n-R2. Dans cette formule, R1, R2 et chaque Rx représentent une unité de monosaccharide, la totalité d'entre elles pouvant être les mêmes ou différentes unités de monosaccharide liées par des liaisons glycosidiques 1}2, 1}3, 1}4 et/ou 1}6, et n représente un nombre entier de 1 à 6. L'invention porte également sur leur utilisation comme agents anti-angiogéniques, anti-métastatiques et/ou anti-inflammatoires.
