Disclosed herein are a method for preparing a benzoxazole-based polymer by thermal rearrangement, the benzoxazole-based polymer prepared by the method and a gas separation membrane comprising the polymer. More specifically, provided are a method for preparing a benzoxazole-based polymer by subjecting poly(hydroxyamide) as an intermediate to thermal treatment involving dehydration, the benzoxazole-based polymer obtained thereby and gas separation membrane comprising the polymer. The benzoxazole-based polymer of the present invention can be simply prepared by thermally rearrangement via thermal treatment at low temperatures, and thus exhibits superior mechanical and morphological properties and has well-connected micro-cavities. Due to showing excellent permeability and selectivity for various gases, the benzoxazole-based polymer is suited for application to gas separation membranes, in particular, gas separation membranes for small gases.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de préparation d'un polymère à base de benzoxazole par réagencement thermique, sur le polymère à base de benzoxazole préparé par le procédé et sur une membrane de séparation de gaz comportant le polymère. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un polymère à base de benzoxazole par l'opération consistant à soumettre un poly(hydroxyamide) comme intermédiaire à un traitement thermique entraînant une déshydratation, le polymère à base de benzoxazole obtenu de cette façon et une membrane de séparation de gaz comportant le polymère. Le polymère à base de benzoxazole de la présente invention peut être préparé simplement par réagencement thermique par l'intermédiaire d'un traitement thermique à de basses températures, et présente ainsi des propriétés mécaniques et morphologiques supérieures et a des microcavités bien connectées. En raison du fait qu'il présente une excellente perméabilité et une excellente sélectivité pour divers gaz, le polymère à base de benzoxazole est approprié pour l'application à des membranes de séparation de gaz, en particulier des membranes de séparation pour gaz de petite taille.
