The invention concerns the production of 3-pentenic acid esters by carbonylation of alkoxybutenes in the presence of a catalyst and a solvent at high temperature and pressure: at least one C1-C10 alkoxybutene, in which the alkoxy group is in the allyl position relative to the double bond, is converted with carbon monoxide at a temperature in the 60- 140 °C range and a carbon monoxide partial pressure in the 3-30 MPa range, in the presence of a palladium-based catalyst.

La présente invention concerne la fabrication de 3-esters d'acide penténique par carbonylation d'alcoxybutènes en présence d'un catalyseur et d'un dissolvant à une température et une pression élevées. On met à réagir, en présence d'un catalyseur à base de palladium, au moins un alcoxybutène C1-C10, dans lequel le groupe alcoxy se trouve en position allyle par rapport à la double liaison, avec du monoxyde de carbone à une température comprise entre 60 et 140 DEG C et avec une pression partielle du monoxyde de carbone comprise entre 3 et 30 MPa.
