A method for recovering an acylated protein as a powder, especially in cases where the acylated protein is one that resists isolation by isoelectric precipitation from aqueous solutions of the protein, the method comprising in combination adjusting the aqueous solution to near the isoelectric pH of the protein and providing a suitable alcohol concentration to cause precipitation of the protein in the form of filterable particles at the adjusted pH.

Procédé de récupération d'une protéine acylée sous forme de poudre, particulièrement dans les cas où la protéine acylée est une protéine résistant à la séparation par précipitation isoélectrique à partir de solutions aqueuses de la protéine. Ce procédé consiste à ajuster le pH de la solution aqueuse, de sorte qu'il approche du pH isoélectrique de la protéine, et à utiliser conjointement une concentration appropriée d'alcool, de manière à provoquer la précipitation de la protéine sous forme de particules pouvant être filtrées au pH ajusté.
