P R E C I S La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation de copolymères en grains, fonctionnalisés, par polymérisation en suspension dans un milieu non aqueux. Selon l'invention, on réalise une polymérisation radicalaire d'au moins deux monomères insaturés, dont l'un est porteur d'une fonction réactive telle que chlorure d'acide, chlorure d'alkyle dithiobenzoate d'alkyle ou carboxyalkyle dans un milieu composé de deux liquides organiques non miscibles, émulsionnés, pour former des copolymères en grains, réactifs chimiquement.
