PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de synthétiser, de façon relativement simple à comparer aux procédés connus, des dérivés fluorés fonctionnels et plus particulièrement des aldéhydes perfluorés du type RF-CHO où RF désigne un radical perfluoroalkyle linéaire ou ramifié. Selon ce procédé, on fait réagir, en présence d'un initiateur radicalaire, un iodure de perfluoroalkyle RFI sur le couple métallique radicalaire, un iodure de perfluoroalkyle RFI sur le couple métallique zinc-cuivre avec un amide RCONR1R2, R désignant un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical méthyle ou éthyle, R1 et R2 représentant chacun un radical alkyle en C1 à C4.
