Abstract of the disclosure: Novel 1,4-cycioalkano- oxazepines of the general formula Image where R1 is hydrogen, hydroxyl or alkoxy or acyloxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R2 is a hydrocarbon radical of 1 to carbon atoms, n is 1, 2 or 3 and x is 0 or 1, their salts with physiologically acceptable acids, processes for the preparation of the compounds, and the use of the compounds in therapy. The novel compounds may be used for the pharmaco- therapy of algias of various origins.
