The invention concerns a method of producing organic di- and/or polyurethanes by reacting organic di- and/or polyamines (a) with urea and/or carbamic acid alkyl esters (b) and alcohols (c) in the presence of soluble zirconium compounds, preferably zirconium alcoholates, zirconium acetate or zirconium actylacetonate, as a catalyst (d). The invention also concerns the use of such compounds in the production of di- and/or polyisocyanates by thermal decomposition.

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de production de diuréthanes et/ou de polyuréthanes organiques, consistant à faire réagir des diamines et/ou des polyamines organiques (a) avec de l'urée et/ou des alkylesters carbamiques (b) et des alcools (c), en présence de composés de zirconium solubles, de préférence d'alcoolates de zirconium, d'acétate de zirconium ou d'acétylacétonate de zirconium, comme catalyseur (d). L'invention a également pour objet l'utilisation de ces composés pour la production de di-isocyanates et/ou de polyisocyanates par décomposition thermique.
