A process for the production of a composition comprising a water-insoluble paracetamol or NSAID which comprises the steps of: a) providing a mixture comprising: i) a water-insoluble paracetamol or NSAID, ii) a water soluble carrier, and iii) a solvent for each of the paracetamol or NSAID and the carrier, and b) spray-drying the mixture to remove the or each solvent and obtain a substantially solvent-free nano-dispersion of the paracetamol or NSAID in the carrier.

Procédé de production d'une composition comprenant un paracétamol insoluble dans l'eau ou AINS qui comprend les étapes consistant à : a) fournir un mélange comprenant : i) un paracétamol insoluble dans l'eau ou AINS, ii) un excipient soluble dans l'eau, et iii) un solvant pour chacun du paracétamol ou AINS et de l'excipient, et b) sécher par vaporisation le mélange pour enlever le ou chaque solvant et obtenir une nanodispersion sensiblement exempte de solvant du paracétamol ou AINS dans l'excipient.
