PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer de nouveaux dérivés du 3-amino pregn-5-ène, ainsi que leurs sels d'addition avec les acides minéraux ou orga- niques, de formule: Image (I) dans laquelle X représente un groupement , Image les traits ondulés signifient que le radical correspondant est .alpha. ou .beta.; R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un radical hydroxyalcoyle renfermant de 2 à 5 atomes de carbone; R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un radical hydroxyalcoyle renfermant de 2 à 5 atomes de carbone, un radical acyle aliphatique renfermant de 3 à 8 atomes de carbone, un radi- cal alcoxycarbonyle renfermant de 2 à 8 atomes de carbone ou un radical dérivé d'un acide .alpha.-aminé ou d'un peptide comprenant 2 ou 3 acides aminés. Les produits obtenus selon l'invention sont des médicaments notamment doués de propriétés immunothérapeutiques et les compositions les renfermant.
