PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne un procédé pour la prépara- tion de nouveaux dérivés de la [3H]-imidazo [5,1-d] tétrazine -1,2,3,5 one-4 de formule générale (I): Image dans laquelle R1 est alcoyle, ou alcényle (maximum 6C), non substitué ou substitué par 1 à 3 atomes d'halogène ou radicaux alcoxy (maximum 4C) et phényle éventuellement substitué, ou bien R1 est cycloalcoyle (3 à 8 C) et R2 est carbamoyle éventuellement substitué par 1 ou 2 radicaux choisis parmi alcoyle et alcényle (maximum 4C). L'invention concerne également les nouveaux dérivés obtenus, lesdits dérivés étant utiles comme agent anti-cancéreux et immunorégulateurs.
