PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation des composés de formule I : Image (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical méthyle, R2 représente un radical alcoyle, Z représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical -SCO-R3 de configuration .alpha. et R3 repré- sentant un radical alcoyle, les traits pointillés dans les cycles A et B représentent une ou deux doubles liaisons éventuelles, et ou bien X et Y représentent un groupement : Image ou bien X représente un groupement OH et Y un groupement : Image dans lequel M représente un atome d'hydrogène, ou un atome de mé- tal alcalin ou un groupement NH4. Les composés de formule I présentent d'intéressantes propriétés pharmacologiques qui per- mettent leur utilisation comme médicament, en particulier dans le traitement de l'hypertension artérielle et des insuffisances cardiaques.
