Said preparation is suitable for treating androgenetic alopecia, hirsutism, i.e. the prevention of undesired hair growth, seborrhoea, and acne and can also be used in cosmetics.

L'invention concerne une préparation qui contient au moins une forme de nanoparticules lipidiques ou une nano-émulsion comportant au moins un composé de formule (I) et/ou une forme stéréoisomère du composé de formule (I) et/ou un sel physiologiquement compatible du composé de formule (I), où R1 désigne alkyle-(C¿5?-C¿17?)- ou alcényle-(C¿5?-C¿17?)-.
