The present invention relates to a method for preparing amorphous lercanidipine and, more particularly, to a method for preparing amorphous iercanidipine comprising the steps of: (1) dissolving lercanidipine in an organic solvent to form a solution; (2) forming precipitates by dropping the solution into'an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of cyclohexane, cyclopentane, hexane, and petroleum ether and stirring; (3) filtering the precipitates, washing with the organic solvent used in step 2 and vacuum drying. According to the present invention, amorphous lercanidipine having an excellent solubility and bioavailability may be prepared in high purity and yield by properly controlling major solvents and their volume ratio.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour préparer de la lercanidipine amorphe et, en particulier, un procédé pour préparer de la lercanipidine amorphe comprenant les étapes suivantes : (1) dissolution de la lercanidipine dans un solvant organique pour former une solution ; (2) formation des précipités par largage de la solution dans un solvant organique sélectionné parmi le groupe composé de cyclohexane, cyclopentane, hexane, et l'éther de pétrole et mélange de la solution et du solvant ; (3) filtrage des précipités, lavage au moyen d'un solvant organique utilisé dans l'étape (2) et séchage à vide. Selon l'invention, la lercanidipine amorphe présente une solubilité et une biodisponibilité excellentes et elle peut être préparée de manière à être très pure grâce au contrôle correct des solvants principaux et leur rapport en volume.
