Prepolymer composition for preparing polyurethane insulating foams from pressurized containers consists of a prepolymer component with at least one polyurethane prepolymer containing 4 to 20% by weight NCO groups, and usual additives, as well as a propellant gas. A polyisocyanate is used containing less than 2% by weight of a monomer isocyanate, with respect to the prepolymer component.
