The invention relates to provision of improved services in connection with presenting a program for a user (14). Information of the user is stored in a remote management unit (4), preferably in a database (7) thereof. A broadcasting system (25) provides a terminal (1) with a program signal and the program is presented to the user. Upon detection of a predefined event data is transported between the remote management unit and a user device (10) that is operable by the user while he/she is experiencing the program. The transportation occurs over a data network (6) and a wireless data communication link (13) arranged between the data network and the user device. The data that associates with the program is personalised based on said stored information.
L'invention concerne la prestation de services améliorés relatifs à la présentation d'un programme pour un utilisateur (14). Les informations de l'utilisateur sont stockées dans une unité de gestion hors site (4), de préférence dans une base de données (79) de cette unité. Un système de radiodiffusion (25) fournit un signal de programme à un terminal (1) et ce programme est présenté à l'utilisateur. Lorsqu'un événement prédéfini est détecté, les données sont transmises entre une unité de gestion hors site et un dispositif d'utilisateur (10) que l'utilisateur peut faire fonctionner pendant qu'il utilise le programme. La transmission de données a lieu via un réseau de données (6) et une liaison de communication de données sans fil (13) disposée entre le réseau de données et le dispositif d'utilisateur. Les données qui sont associées au programme sont personnalisées sur la base desdites informations stockées.
