The invention relates to the field of organ and biological tissue preservation. In particular, the invention relates to machine perfusion or cold storage solutions for the preservation of organs and biological tissues for implant and/or transplant. The preservation solution includes a prostaglandin having vasodilatory, membrane stabilizing, platelet aggregation prevention upon reperfusion, and complement activation inhibitory properties, a nitric oxide donor, a glutathione-forming agent, L-arginine, and ~- ketoglutarate.

La présente invention se situe dans le domaine de la préservation des organes et des tissus biologiques. Cette invention porte notamment sur des solutions de perfusion pour machine ou de stockage à froid utilisés pour préserver des organes ou des tissus biologiques destinés à être implantés et/ou transplantés. La solution de préservation comprend une prostaglandine qui présente des propriétés de vasodilatation, de stabilisation membranaire, d'inhibition de l'agrégation plaquettaire au moment de la reperfusion ainsi que des propriétés complémentaires inhibant l'activation, un donneur d'oxyde nitrique, un agent formant du glutathion, de la L-arginine et de l'alpha-cétoglutarate.
