ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A safety pull back for a brake press wherein the operator normally has different work station situated along the press comprises a horizontal track member preferably mounted overhead and behind the operator, and tethers slidable along the track member. Actuating means of known types operable simultaneously with the ram of the press cause the track member to swing upwardly thereby pulling back the tethers.
