Said pressing unit comprises a pressure rail (4) interdependent of at least two parallel rods (2), mounted sliding between two end positions, through an horizontal upper support (1), via a connecting means (3), elastic pull-back means (8) being arranged between said support (1) and said pressure rail (4) for likely maintaining the latter in its most wide apart position from said horizontal upper support (1), defined by stops (9) interdependent of said rods (2). Said connecting means (3) comprises a bearing surface (3f) against the upper side of said upper support (1) and at least two deformable claws (3a), symmetrically arranged with respect to the longitudinal axis of said passage (3d), said claws (3a) crossing two related passages (1b) of said support (1) and comprising each a bearing surface (3b) against the lower surface of said support (1).
