ABSTRACT The present invention provides a pressure compensating device through which two separate fluid streams flow separated by a diaphragm. The flow of fluid on one side if the diaphragm is unimpeded whilst flow on the other side of the diaphragm is controlled as a result of movement of the diaphragm caused by pressure differentials.
