The invention relates to a pressure connector for pipes, comprising a pressure fitting having at least one section that is bulged crosswise and which accommodates a sealing ring, in addition to a first cylindrical section connected thereto and facing the insert side, a second cylindrical section facing away from the insert side forming a stop and exhibiting a smaller internal diameter than the first cylindrical section, and a line pipe whose smooth end area comes to rest on the stop of the second cylindrical section of the pressure fitting once it has been inserted into said pressure fitting. A fixed, tight pressure connection is formed using a pressure tool with at least two pressure cheeks encompassing the pressure fitting upon closure. During pressing, the pressing cheeks act upon the annular bulge and the sealing ring fitted therein, in addition to the first cylindrical section of the pressure fitting. The invention provides that the steep running side (8) of the annular bulge (4) facing the second cylindrical section (9) runs into the above- mentioned section (9) in a rounded form, devoid of irregularities. The internal diameter (10) of the second cylindrical section is the same as the internal diameter (13) of the inserted line tube (3) with a tolerance width of plus one half of the thickness of the wall (15) to minus 1 x the wall thickness of the inserted line pipe (3).
L'invention concerne un raccord de tuyaux à serrer à la presse, comprenant un élément à serrer à la presse, qui présente au moins un tronçon dont la section est en forme de bourrelet et qui reçoit une bague d'étanchéité et, à la suite de celui-ci, un premier tronçon cylindrique tourné vers le côté de l'emmanchement, ainsi qu'un second tronçon cylindrique opposé au côté de l'emmanchement, qui présente un diamètre intérieur, formant une butée, plus petit que celui du premier tronçon cylindrique, et un tuyau de conduite, dont la zone d'extrémité lisse vient, après emmanchement dans l'élément à serrer, en butée contre le second tronçon cylindrique dudit élément à serrer à la presse. Au moyen d'un outil de pression comportant au moins deux mâchoires de pression et entourant l'élément à serrer, on forme, après la fermeture, un raccord de tuyaux étanche indémontable, les mâchoires de pression agissant, pendant le pressage, aussi bien sur le bourrelet annulaire et sur la bague d'étanchéité logée dans celui-ci que sur le premier tronçon cylindrique de l'élément à serrer à la presse. Il est proposé que le flanc (8) du bourrelet annulaire (4) s'étendant avec une forte pente et tourné du côté du second tronçon cylindrique (9) se confonde avec ledit tronçon (9) grâce à une zone de transition arrondie, sans point de discontinuité, le diamètre intérieur (10) du second tronçon cylindrique (9) étant égal au diamètre intérieur (13) du tuyau de conduite (3) emmanché, avec une tolérance de + la moitié de l'épaisseur de paroi du tuyau de conduite (3) emmanché à - 1 fois ladite épaisseur.
